6 steps to Stop feeling sorry and Choose to be Happy

One morning I was getting ready to make some videos and in needed to BE in the right state of mind… that’s right TO BE! in a state and it made me think about how can I just choose to BE happy or go and hide under the table and feel sorry and fearful…

This is one of those moments when you realise that going from A to B  it’s just a matter of a conscious decision, it’s just about being ready to accept that your MIND has a wonderful power, the power of giving you POWER… so simple and yet we make  it so complicated sometimes…

  1. I thought the answer is a RITUAL, something that changes the way I’m feeling and shifts the focus to a Great state. So this is what I decided to do:
  2. Every morning I will feel powerful, strong and full of Energy!
  3. I will say YES (literally) to life and as I say it I will feel GRATEFUL for having another day to BE and FEEL awesome!
  4. Water cleanses my body and as I have a full glass I clear up my mind and get ready to make the WORLD a better place.
  5. I close my eyes and breathe deeply three times Open my eyes wide and
  6. The music starts! 30 seconds of a great dance and singing along…

that’s it now  I’m Happy, I’m at peace and I can do anything!!!!

You can choose anything, music, dancing, meditation, refreshing or warm beverages, reading a book, singing, go for  a quick run, pray,  jump up and down as you tell yourself how great and awesome you are… after doing this for  a while you will stay in that state for longer and it’ll become part of who you ARE.
